As a student & teacher she loves how she can apply the principles of the practice to client’s daily lives. As a mother, daughter, partner, and friend she wears many hats but remaining true to herself is how she cultivate a life of balance and well-being. She loves to hike, kayak, garden and read. Judith Lasater’s book Living your Yoga is one of her favorites. Tamara loves to teach and share the practice, providing hope and skills to enrich people’s lives. The practice has changed her life in so many ways. Tamara strongly believes that if we can simply plant the seeds, we can share all this practice has to offer on and off our mats.
