Dr. Horsey brings nearly 30 years of extensive hands-on experience across a broad range of medical settings. He earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Western Ontario in 1996 and completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Ottawa in 1998. Over the past 26 years, Dr. Horsey has served as an Emergency Physician in Smiths Falls, where he also held the leadership position of Director of Emergency Medicine. Additionally, he has been an Investigative Coroner for the past decade and has collaborated with hospital administration to develop and enhance policies. His experience spans Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and possesses a profound dedication to treating addictions.
